HR Admin with German
We are looking for a HR Administrator who will play a key role in assisting with various HR functions and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of HR processes for our site from Germany.
Your tasks:
- Maintain employee records and ensure all documentation is accurate and up to date.
- Handle employee inquiries and provide support on HR-related matters.
- Assist with benefits administration, including enrolments, changes, and terminations.
- Prepare HR-related reports and data for analysis.
- Support HR projects and initiatives as needed.
- Maintain compliance with all applicable HR laws and regulations
- Monitoring data quality for payroll;
- Ensure compliance with legislation and local agreements;
- Cooperation with other teams in the shared service center;
- Drafting individual employment contracts, job descriptions, additional documents, decisions to terminate the individual employment contract, decision of suspension/resumption of the individual employment contract, according to the legislation in force;
- Preparation of personnel documents (medical checks for the purpose of work), certificates of any type or certificates customized according to the needs of each employee;

- preparation and transmission of offers to accepted candidates;
- Recording of the days of leave taken by vacation leave, medical leave, unpaid leave, childcare leave;
- Registration and transmission of employees, with subsequent changes and suspensions in the Employee Record Register (REVISAL) according to the legislation in force;
Your skills:
- Around 2 years experience in personnel administration;
- Familiar with payroll procedures;
- Good level of English and German language;
- Attention to details;
- Pro-active and self-motivated;
