Responsabilități:
Se oferă suport tehnic și informațional pentru servicii de telefonie mobila, internet si TV
Se identifică, se analizează și se rezolvă problemele clientilor
Se identifică oportunități de pre-vânzare și vânzări prin contact vocal și prin e-mail.
Se gestionează contactele cu informații generale despre produse atât prin apel, cât și prin e-mail.
Criterii:
Limba germană - nivel B2+
Limba engleza - nivel B1+
Abilitati excelente de comunicare, relationare
