Our client is a group of companies in stamping, forming and assembly technology with more than 700 employees in Germany, Eastern Europe and North America. As a supplier for high-quality automotive technology, they are developing and manufacturing mechanical and mechatronic looking and hinge systems for the
global automotive market.
Your mission:
• Contributing to the development of the procurement department at the level of operational processes
• Active involvement in the growth of the Shared Service Center in Cluj together with the management team
Your tasks:
• You are a member of a team of buyers and reporting directly to the purchasing manager;
• You are responsible for your own product groups, including the planning, the leading and the closing of price and contract negotiations and lifetime agreements;
• Market and make-or-buy analysis, development of own strategies for cost reductions and more over the active direction of the strategic purchasing are part of your role;
• Maintaining the part master data for the belonging material categories;
teamwork and collaboration with different internal and external departments is a important part of your daily business
Qualifications:
• Fluently skills in English AND German written and verbally
• ERP System knowledge;
• 3+ years of relevant experience in a strategic purchasing role or similar;
• Experiences in the automotive market are favored.
