Recruitment Analyst

Responsibilities:
- Identify and select potential candidates depending on candidate profile and job vacancy expectations, using different tools: recruitment sites, networking, recommendations, social and professional networks, executive search, and headhunting;
- Schedule candidate interviews;
- Participate in face-to-face interviews and conduct both phone and face-to-face interviews;
- Manage multiple recruitment projects for different clients and different industries;
- Realizing CVs in a standard format and creating the candidate's profile;
- Offering feedback to candidates included in the selection processes;
- Preparing recruitment and selection reports for clients.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required (preferable degree in psychology/sociology/economy);
- Fluent knowledge of English;
- Proficiency using Microsoft Office applications (e.g. Excel, Word);
- Strong written and oral communication skills;
- Detail-oriented, organized, flexible, able to set priorities and juggle multiple demands.
