Procurement Process Expert

Your mission will be to support the execution of the strategy, the standards, the goals for Procurement‘s tools and / or processes, the global Procurement digital transformation. Within the Procurement - Digital Transformation & Process Efficiency department, you’ll be involved in the implementation of a digitalization plan for the purchasing function.
Responsibilities:
- Support the strategy, the standards and the goals for tools and processes
- Ensure Procurement community alignment processes respect and tools usage
- Support in KPIs definitions and target achievement for deployment and adoption
- Be accountable of operational Business Intelligence strategy linked to tools and digital platforms
- Support new enhancements of IS&T tools or digital platforms
- Secure project deployment by applying standard BPO methods (Webinars, trainings, eLearning, etc.)
- Vendor management support, including vendor cleaning process (de-duplication, bank detail, VAT, D&B)
- Manage vendor migration for GSI roll-out as per standard way of working, including SAP Ariba deployment with Global BPO approvals Buying
- Responsible to manage the CSR related topics such ADIT audits
- Implement the company's MDM team model
- Manages the Master Key User role for Orchestra
- Accountable of continuous improvement of process and tools parameters
- Ensure data accuracy for Qlik transition Dashboards related to vendors and MDM
- Ensure proper knowledge of vendor data model and concern among the Digital Procurement department by providing trainings, updated presentations and videos
