Procurement Executive with Polish

Responsibilities:

Responsible for ensuring that all the procurement related activities for Europe assigned are completed with the agreed timelines and accurately.
Procurement helpdesk (suppliers/buyers).
Provide support, as required, to the various Procurement activities in all European locations.
Proactively highlight deviations if any, to the Procurement Team Lead/Manager.
Responsibilities on the administrative, transitional, and invoice processing side.

Requirements:

Strong written & oral communications skills in Polish minimum B2+ and English B2+
Experience in Agribusiness/Commodity trading industry preferred.
Good computer skills and competency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Prior experience in working with Procurement tools like Ariba/Coupa/SAP SRM and ERP’s (SAP, Oracle) would be preferred,
