Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in sales, with at least 1-2 years of experience in a field sales role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and objectives.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification required; bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
Expectations:
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets and expand the customer base within the assigned territory.
- Conduct regular client visits and meetings to understand their needs, provide product demonstrations, and address any concerns or questions.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
- Provide timely and accurate sales reports, forecasts, and feedback to management.
