Technical Trainer with French & English

The technical trainer will be responsible for:
Role description:
- 60% about training new employees;
- 30% about refresh and complementary trainings;
- 10% about knowledge absorption control and data analysis with a goal of continuous improvement;
- Define the indicators for evaluating the acquisition of knowledge by the teams;
- Design, deploy and document the tools necessary for training;
- Design action plans, plan their progress, lead their implementation and monitor their progress (training, interventions, etc.) in connection with the account managers;
- Document the tools developed to ensure their sustainability and follow up;
- Participate in technical committees and projects;
- Travel availability.
Qualifications:
- Spoken languages: fluent French (B2/C1) and English (B2);
- Leadership skills, Strength of proposal, Pedagogy, High level of empathy;
- Capacity to understand and learn technical topics fast (IT background would be a plus);
- Proven experience as technical trainer (Good to have);
- Knowledge of modern training techniques and tools in technical subjects (Good to have);
- Experience in designing technical course content (Good to have);
- Strong capacity to synthesize complex concepts;
- Ability to address training needs with complete courses;
- Outstanding communication skills and comfortable speaking to crowds;
- Excellent soft skills: people orientation, active listening and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and multitask;
- Autonomy in organizing, scheduling training sessions;
- Capacity of being responsible of new employees during the whole initial training period through three aspects :
- Accompany and make new employees feel welcome ;
- Transmitting customer context knowledge/ technical knowledge ;
- Assuring the good integration of the knowledge for any training participant.
