Process Improvement Analyst
Responsibilities:
- Apply different methods and approaches to service & process improvement, including but not limited to Lean, Systems Thinking, Service Design, Six Sigma, etc.
- Conduct activities such as data discovery, current and future state value stream mapping, and root cause analysis etc.
- Develop and implement frameworks, materials, and approaches to support the improvements, transformation programs and new product development.
- Carry out research and analysis to help define best practice and use this to assist departments to review current practices and develop better new options.
- Provide key stakeholders with monitoring reports and information, including analysis and advice.
- Create and deploy necessary KPIs and reporting tools by function, site, and product to ensure ongoing focus from functional teams.
Knowledge, Skills, and Ability:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher education.
- Good knowledge of Lean, Six-Sigma and/or Agile methodologies and tools
- Strong Analytical and Good Technical Skills
- Strong verbal and written English skills; Knowledge of German represents an advantage.
- Very good mastering of the MS Office tools (Outlook, Excel, Power Point, SharePoint)
- Knowledge of project management approaches, tools, and phases of the project lifecycle; Knowledge of Product Development Stage Gate Process represents an advantage.
