Junior Business Developer

Role:
— Promoting the company’s services on a regional level.
— Attracting new customers.
— Increasing the expenses of the existing customers.
Responsibilities:
— Work for the Business Development Department.
— Offering support in order to manage the Bucharest Area, and other parts of the country (if it is needed).
— Conduct ongoing market research and cold calling.
— Preparing customized offers: recruitment, assessment center, due diligence, leasing, training,
workshop, team-building.
— Preparing and checking contracts, additional acts, confidentiality agreements.
— Issuing invoices and sending them to the clients.
— Preparing and sending correspondence.
— Preparing meetings for the department.
— Offering support continuously in order to maintain the relation with our existing clients.
— Updating and maintaining the presentation materials of the company.
— Electronic archiving of the documents involved in the sales activity.
— Elaborate reports for sales activities.
— Being responsible for sales follow-up activities.
Requirements:
— 1 -3 years related experience in business development or professional sales services.
— English – Advanced level.
— Knowledge of the HR market is an advantage.
— Ability to work under stress & customer-oriented skills.
— PC literate.
— Driving license is a must.
