Handle all aspects of the operations function of our client's newly opened Manufacturing site.

Mission
This position has overall P/L responsibility for our facility and be an integral part of our global manufacturing organization.
Responsabilities
- Full P/L responsibility and meeting all company KPIs.
- Develop an A-team organization
- Responsible for setting directions and drive all aspects of the factory operations to achieve organizational objectives including effective administrative management, financial management & reporting, I.T, facilities and human resource management.
- Prepare and implement comprehensive business plans to facilitate achievement by planning cost-effective operations and market development activities.
- A key member of the senior management team spearheading all high-level operational initiatives and providing leadership to team
- Provide crucial support to COO and other senior executives/directors in all aspects of business growth through strategic and operational planning guidance and ensuring all required infrastructure and support services are in place.
- Work closely with the global management team.
- Direct all customer activities and addresses their concerns and needs.
- Lead the cross matrix functional team.
- Responsible for supporting her/his senior staff personal development plans
Qualification and Experience Required
- Possesses a Bachelor’s Degree in General Management and/or Engineering
- At least 8 to 10 years of senior managerial role in an electronic manufacturing industry
- Knowledge in Lean Six Sigma methodologies
- Strong in program management background (Prefer in an EMS environment)
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
- Fluent in English, both oral and written
- Assertive, Ambitious and Aggressive in achieving company objectives
