INTERNAL AUDIT SPECIALIST

Department Internal Audit – EMEA

Responsibilities :

─ Participate in planning, scoping, execution and review of audits

─ Perform audit fieldwork (Operations, Compliance, Regulatory, Finance, SOX audits, etc.)

─ Review and evaluate compliance with policies and procedures

─ Identify audit issues and root causes, recommend improved internal controls and follow-up if corrective

actions are implemented and if these would mitigate the identified risk/finding

─ Lead meetings with stakeholders to communicate audit observations

─ Prepare written audit reports with observations and recommendations

─ Oversee audit analysts.

Your Prerequisites:

─ University degree;

─ Audit experience (external/internal) preferred 4+ years;

─ Certifications (CPA, CIA, CFE, CISA) are preferred;

─ Good understanding of Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA) standards, internal controls framework, risk

management and SOX;

─ Very good knowledge of MS Office and data analysis;

─ Fluent knowledge of English and German (advantage);

─ Good communication, problem solving, multi-tasking and interpersonal skills;

─ Familiarity with business and financial principles, good analytical skills;

─ Willingness to travel as required to support audit fieldwork.
