Cerinte:
- Experienta profesionala in roluri de back office, administrativ sau secretariat
- Cunostinte tehnice: Excel si Word
- Nivel limba engleza: nivel mediu-avansat
- Stil personal: persoana atenta la detalii, structurata, proactiva si dinamica
Responsabilitati:
Parte administrativa (30%)
- Colectat si verificat pontaje ale angajatilor
- Situatii privind numarul de tichete de masa acordate personalului
- Emiterea de facturi catre clientii de audit
- Rezervari de bilete de avion, etc.
- Achizitii consumabile si alte produse curatenie
- Mentinerea legaturii cu consultantul IT pentru echipamentele hardware
- Curierat si corespondenta
- Asigurarea protocolului în cadrul întâlnirilor, în conformitate cu cerințele zilnice
- Elaborarea și redactarea documentelor și situațiilor cerute de management.
Suport in procesul de auditare (70%)
- Prelucrarea unor fisiere primite de la client in format Excel
- Intocmirea de scrisori de confirmare in format Word, transmiterea lor si urmarirea
- primirii raspunsurilor de la clienti, furnizori sau banci
- Transmiterea clientilor de audit a statusurilor privind scrisorile de confirmare
- primite si diferentele de confirmare identificate
- Reconcilierea valorilor din situatiile financiare cu fisierele Excel
- Formatarea unor fisiere Word primite de la client, inclusiv verificarea ortografiei in romana sau engleza.
