HR Analyst
Suntem in cautarea unui HR Analyst care va oferi suport administrativ in diverse activitati, inclusiv in recrutare, salarizare si gestionarea performantei.

Responsabilitati:
- Se implica activ in toate activitatile si proiectele cu specific de employee relations/resurse umane, actionand ca punct de contact pentru intrebarile angajatilor;
- Actualizeaza bazele de date, creaza profilele pentru noii angajati, genereaza rapoarte din sistemele informatice si realizeaza analize;
- Ofera suport pentru programul de formare profesionala;
- Coopereaza cu managementul pentru a comunica politicile, procedurile, programele si modificarile legislative cu specific de resurse umane;
- Asigura suport pentru procesarea salarizarii si beneficiilor, incluzand: gestionarea actelor aditionale, generarea rapoartelor, actualizarea modificarilor salariale si de pozitie, precum si gestionarea propunerilor de bonusare (trimitere, urmarire si aprobare);
- Sprijina recrutarea, ocupandu-se de organizarea interviurilor si comunicarea operationala;
- Asigura sprijin in elaborarea si actualizarea fiselor de post, mentine baza de date aferenta, si se ocupa de actualizarea organigramelor centralizate;
- Ofera suport in comunicarea cu angajatii, in organizarea detasarilor internationale si in gestionarea performantei, inclusiv in cercetarile disciplinare si actiunile de imbunatatire a performantei.
Profilul tau:
- Abilitati excelente de comunicare, capacitatea de a transmite informatii complexe intr-un mod clar si simplu, diplomatie;
- Capacitatea de a gestiona simultan mai multe sarcini si proiecte, adaptandu-se rapid la schimbarile de prioritati si solicitarile neprevazute;
- Cunostinte avansate de limba engleza, atat scris, cat si vorbit;
- Abilitati avansate de utilizare a pachetului Microsoft Office;
- Cunostinte privind procesele si sistemele de resurse umane;
- Cel putin 1 an experienta intr-un rol administrativ sau de suport clienti. Experienta in resurse umane constituie avantaj;
- Studii superioare finalizate.
