Data Content Reviewer with Dutch

You will be responsible for improving AI by reviewing content from the client's applications.

Responsibilities include:

  • Identifying potential errors in the process and resolving them;
  • Following procedures and applying them in actual operations;
  • Identifying improvement opportunities in workflow and suggesting solutions;
  • Interacting effectively with other internal and Client teams;


    • Requirements:

    • Fluent in Dutch (B2) and at least Upper Intermediate English;
    • Insurance or BPO background is a plus;
    • Aptitude to work effectively & autonomously with minimum supervision;
    • Customer Interaction Handling;
    • Problem-Solving Escalation Management;
    • Attitude to work according to defined procedures and routines.
