Sales Supervisor (Cluj/Baia Mare)
Coordonarea intregii activitati de vanzari din zonele alocate (CJ, SJ, SM si MM), pentru a atinge obiectivele de volum si profit, in sectorul home&deco, auto sau industrial.
Responsabilitati:
- Realizeaza cifra de afaceri propusa pentru zona sa si implementeaza strategia de vanzari conform planurilor strategice ale companiei.
- Monitorizeaza clientii importanti din zona alocata si dezvolta strategii locale pentru activarea acestora.
- Viziteaza clientii, atat independent, cat si alaturi de agentii distribuitorului.
- Urmareste actiunile si strategiile concurentei din piata.
- Efectueaza deplasari frecvente in zona sa, fiind activ in teren pentru mai mult de 70% din timp.
- Viziteaza si monitorizeaza magazinele de tip DIY din zona alocata.
- Coordoneaza si urmareste performanta echipei de agenti ai distribuitorului.
- Supravegheaza si dezvolta echipa de agenti distribuitori din zona sa.
Candidatul ideal:
- Experienta de minimum 5 ani in vanzari.
- Disponibilitate pentru deplasari frecvente in zona alocata (Cluj sau Baia Mare).
- Permis de conducere categoria B.
Cerintele rolului:
- Abilitati avansate de vanzari si negociere.
- Capacitatea de a dezvolta relatii solide cu clientii.
- Abilitati excelente de comunicare si prezentare, cu orientare catre solutii si rezultate.
