Responsibilities:
- Analyze market and competitive trends and build up and expand expertise related to store performance.
- Bring together technological trends and their application areas in value-added solutions target group.
- Design competitive and personalized product and service total solutions.
- Partner with customers and internally, focusing on target group needs.
- Establish and maintain a sustainable and viable network with partners.
- Report of field activity in CRM, specifically for relevant data.
- Mentor new team members.
- Network and empower the sales community related to sales performance.
- Successful interdisciplinary collaboration with Key Account Team, Marketing and Product Management for sales strategies.
- Knowledge and anticipation of market and customer trends as well as market requirements for sales network.
- Foreseeing product life cycles and proactively offering new solutions.
- First contact point on related target group topics.
- Collaboration with operational sales ensuring enforcement of sales strategy within his target group.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (mandatory) in technical, marketing, business administration, sales, or relevant field;
- In-depth understanding of company key clients and their position in the industry;
- Able to analyze data and sales statistics and translate results into better solutions;
- 4-5 years’ previous work experience in sales, key account management;
- Customer centricity; agile projects and change management methods;
- Strong negotiation skills, with ability follow-through on client contracts;
- Availability to travel, approx 60% of the time all around the country.
