We are seeking a Business Communication Specialist to enhance our internal communications related to key business initiatives. This role requires a strong communicator with critical thinking skills, a keen eye for design, interest in business and proficiency in PowerPoint to craft compelling narratives that align with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute internal communication plans to engage employees and align them with business objectives.
- Create visually compelling presentations that effectively communicate complex ideas to internal stakeholders.
- Translate business strategies, initiatives, and data into clear, impactful visual formats (presentations, infographics, videos and reports).
- Collaborate with HR, leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding.
- Analyze communication effectiveness and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Support change management initiatives by developing targeted communication materials.
- Ensure all internal communications align with the company’s tone, values, and brand identity.
- Contributes to internal events.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and new technologies used in communication to continuously enhance experiences offered through communication actions.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years experience in business communication, corporate communications, or a related field.
- Strong planning and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Attention to details
- Ability to prioritize, estimate time requirements and meet deadlines;
- Strong PowerPoint skills, with the ability to design engaging and professional presentations.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities to simplify complex concepts.
- Familiarity with communication tools, intranet platforms, and collaboration software.
