Responsibilities
- Design and oversee the architecture for integrating ServiceNow SecOps or Chronicle SecOps with existing systems and applications;
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand integration requirements and constraints;
- Develop detailed architectural plans, including data flow diagrams, system interfaces, and integration points;
- Ensure the integration solution aligns with best practices for performance, security, and scalability;
- Lead technical workshops and discussions to ensure alignment across teams;
- Provide technical guidance and support during the implementation phase;
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies for potential integration challenges;
- Keep up-to-date with the latest developments in ServiceNow and related technologies and manage the communication channel with Google;
- Generate comprehensive documentation of the integration architecture, configurations, and procedures.
Skills
Must have
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Technical Architect or in a similar role;
- Proven experience with ServiceNow SecOps or Chronicle SecOps and its integration capabilities;
- Strong knowledge of system integration principles, including APIs, web services, and data exchange formats (e.g., JSON, XML);
- Excellent understanding of enterprise architecture, security, and scalability considerations;
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Nice to have
- Experience with cloud platforms and infrastructure (e.g., GCP, Azure, AWS) is a plus;
- Relevant certifications in ServiceNow or system architecture are advantageous.
