The HR Project Manager will join a dynamic HR team and play a key role in the implementation of global HR digital initiatives. Reporting to the internal Program Manager, the role will focus on coordinating project activities and driving the successful rollout of new HR tools and systems.
Role description:
- Lead the planning and implementation of projects
- Define project scope, goals and deliverables
- Develop project plans including timelines, resources and budget requirements
- Lead and coordinate project team members, including internal resources and third parties/vendors
- Monitor project progress using appropriate systems, tools and techniques and address issues to ensure timely delivery
- Manage project budget and analyze project profitability
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Communicate project updates and outcomes to relevant stakeholders
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Project Management Professional certificate (PMP)
- 3+ years of experience in project management, preferably within HR or related functions
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to lead change initiatives and resolve project-related challenge
- Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking skills
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and project management software, experience in Smartsheet
