Together with our client, we are seeking a Customer Order Administrator with French!
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Ensuring the timely and complete entering of multi-BU orders in the ERP system
- Generating order acknowledgements
- Keep a close contact with internal or external customers, Sales Office to offer updates of any delays and problems
- Keeping the Sales Office informed at all times of the status of all orders and provides accurate and on time answers to all queries regarding the ongoing orders
- Following up on orders to make sure they are produced, shipped and delivered efficiently
For This Role, You Will Need:
- University studies
- Proficiency in French and English (verbal and written)
- PC skills: MS Office
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
- 1-year experience in order handling, customer service or similar
- Knowledge and/or previous experience in using ERP/MRP systems
