Business Developer
Responsabilitati principale:
- Identificarea si atragerea de noi clienti, cu focus pe dezvoltarea portofoliului Sales Consulting - recrutare;
- Construirea si mentinerea unor relatii solide cu partenerii de afaceri si clientii existenti;
- Prospectarea pietei si identificarea companiilor care au frecvent pozitii deschise si nevoi recurente de recrutare;
- Dezvoltarea si implementarea strategiilor de vanzari pentru atingerea obiectivelor stabilite;
- Participarea la intalniri de afaceri si prezentarea solutiilor Sales Consulting catre potentialii clienti;
- Colaborarea stransa cu echipa de recrutare pentru a asigura livrarea unor servicii de calitate;
- Negocierea contractelor si personalizarea ofertelor comerciale in functie de cerintele pietei;
- Posibile deplasari pentru intalniri de business si evenimente de networking.
Cerinte:
- Experienta de 4-5 ani in vanzari B2B, preferabil in telecomunicatii, servicii de beneficii pentru angajati, recrutare sau servicii corporate;
- Abilitati de negociere, comunicare si networking;
- Orientare catre rezultate si capacitatea de a lucra independent;
- Cunostinte avansate de limba engleza (nivel B2);
- Disponibilitate pentru deplasari ocazionale;
