Customer Service Agent with German
The Customer Service Agent will be part of a dynamic customer service team, ensuring high-quality support for clients and contributing to the company’s operational excellence.
Role Description:
- Provides daily customer support, following company standards and processes.
- Handles inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Assists customers with orders, billing inquiries, product/service-related questions, and complaints.
- Investigates and resolves customer issues efficiently, escalating when necessary.
- Ensures that customer requests are processed accurately in internal systems.
- Collaborates with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer service experience.
- Provides customers with updates on order status, delivery timelines, and other service-related requests.
- Identifies recurring customer issues and suggests process improvements to optimize their experience.
Requirements:
- Fluent in German
- Previous experience in Customer Support, order management, or a similar role – preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle challenging situations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact professionally with customers.
