Our client is a multinational corporation headquartered in the USA that provides engineering services and manufactures products for a wide range of industrial, commercial, and consumer markets. Founded in 1890, it has grown to become a major player in the industrial automation and electrical equipment sectors.
Requirements:
• Graduate of technical or economic studies
• Minimum required work experience (6 months – 1 year), which may include internships in economics, statistics, or data management;
• Proficient in MS Office (intermediate level), especially Excel and PowerPoint;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (written and spoken);
• Knowledge of SAP, ORACLE, and POWER BI is an advantage, but not mandatory (can be learned on the job).
Responsibilities:
• Regular and systematic extraction of reports from SAP, ORACLE and Power BI during specific periods of the month;
• Monitoring the evolution of performance indicators at the department level;
• Responsible for collecting and analyzing data related to departmental performance indicators;
• Developing methods for centralizing and reporting departmental performance indicators using Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI;
• Highlights any deviations from performance objectives and ensures corrective actions are completed, using the Project Central platform (Project Management tool);
• Providing support in preparing monthly reports and presentations for management;
• Actively using systems such as SAP, Oracle, and Power BI and Project Central systems to increase process efficiency and achieve strategic objectives;
• Works closely with Commodity Managers and Supplier Quality Engineers to highlight performance indicators and the suppliers that require corrective actions;
• Collaborating closely with other departments that manage supplier relationships (e.g., procurement, production, materials planning and logistics).
