SMT Process Engineer
Join us as an SMT Process Engineer and contribute directly to the launch and growth of our client's new electronics manufacturing operations in Romania, part of a global technology company.

Responsabilities:
- Define assembly processes from scratch.
- Prepare production-specific documentation (e.g., work instructions, process flow charts).
- Drive continuous process improvements to enhance quality, efficiency, and yield.
- Training of operators after setting up the equipment.
- Collaborate with Process Engineers in the plant and internationally.
- Participate in other required activities with the team.
For This Role, You Will Need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Electronics or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in process engineering within an electronics manufacturing environment, mandatory SMT Processes.
- Proficiency English (verbal and written).
- Advanced problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
