Responsibilities:

•  Participate in internal audit assurance and advisory projects, including SOX 404 controls testing, in accordance with the Institute of Internal Auditors and ASG standards.
•  Participate or lead meetings with management to define scope and timing of audits, and review audit findings and recommendations.
• Complete testing per agreed audit programs and ensure they provide appropriate audit coverage in relation to identified risks.
• Participate in meetings with management to develop action plans that address root causes of issues.
•  Contribute to and participate in enterprise-wide team initiatives with ASG colleagues to share real-time information, establish best practices, identify risks and refine processes.
•  Build and support business relationships with key stakeholders, while maintaining independence and objectivity.
•  Design, develop, validate, and troubleshoot the ETL data workflows and datasets in Alteryx for analysis, forecasting, and report delivery related to the various audit & finance functions.

Knowledge/Experience:

•  Undergraduate degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
•  A minimum of two years of financial accounting and external or internal auditing or other relevant work experience is required.
• Professional certifications (e.g., CIA, CPA, CISA) are highly desirable.
• Strong oral and written communication skills; fluency in English is required
• Relevant knowledge of Alteryx (essential), as well as SQL or Power BI/Tableau visualization tools (basic to intermediate level).
• Availability to travel internationally up to 30% (valid passport required)
• Team of 6 Internal Auditors in Bucharest, working closely with global teams and reporting into a US-based manager.
• Role includes 50% core audit work and 50% data analytics
• Office-based work 2 days/week; standard hours (09:00 – 18:00
