Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, including product advice, order support, technical troubleshooting, and limited sales;
• Process and manage warranty claims via phone and email;
• Accurately log call-related data into our systems;
• Collaborate with overseas teams to enhance product development, customer guidance, and service quality.
Requirements:
- Fluent in German(C1) and English(B2) - both written and spoken.
- Strong communication skills and customer-centric approach.
- Ability to handle a variety of customer inquiries and provide timely, accurate solutions.
- Familiarity with the travel industry and reservation platforms is a plus.
