Responsabilitati principale:

  • Coordonarea proceselor de recrutare
  • Dezvoltarea relatiilor cu universitatile si scolile profesionale din zona; gestionarea programelor de internship/practica
  • Medierea relatiei cu sindicatul si participarea la negocieri
  • Suport pentru Plant Manager in activitatile locale
  • Coordonare si colaborare pe zona administrativa (salarizare, evidenta personal, legislatie muncii)
  • Initierea si implementarea de activitati de tip CSR

Cerinte:

  • Minim 10 ani experienta in domeniul resurselor umane si experienta relevanta in industria automotive / productie
  • Experienta anterioara in lucrul cu angajati blue-collar
  • Implicare anterioara in relatii cu sindicatele si gestionarea programelor de internship / colaborari educationale
  • Cunostinte privind legislatia muncii (nu sunt necesare certificari formale)
  • Experienta in activitati de tip CSR – constituie un avantaj
  • Studii superioare: administrative, economice sau juridice – constituie un avantaj
  • Cunostinte bune de operare in Excel
  • Limba engleza – nivel conversational si business; limba franceza – nice to have
