Schedule: Monday to Friday, 09:30–19:30 (depending on shifts), 8.5 hours/day (including 1-hour break)

Role Description:
We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Customer Support Specialist, with excellent communication skills in French (C1) and English (C1), to join our team. You will provide support via email, phone, and chat, ensuring a positive and efficient customer experience.
The training will be conducted remotely over a period of 2 weeks, with the support of our team of specialists.
Responsibilities:
Provide customer support via email, phone, and chat
Identify and promptly resolve customer inquiries and issues
Deliver accurate and comprehensive information about products and services
Maintain a professional and friendly tone in all customer interactions
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex cases
Adhere to company policies and procedures
Report recurring issues or trends to management
Requirements:
Advanced proficiency in French (C1) and English (C1), both written and spoken
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Availability to work according to the mentioned schedule
