Rolul de Sef Birou Contabil este parte integranta a echipei financiare a companiei si contribuie esential la desfasurarea activitatilor contabile zilnice. Persoana va coordona o echipa formata din doi contabili si trei operatori si va lucra in stransa colaborare cu managementul general si firma de contabilitate externa.
Descrierea rolului:
- Coordoneaza activitatea biroului contabil si asigura controlul asupra tuturor proceselor financiar-contabile
- Verifica datele contabile si le pregateste pentru firma de contabilitate externa, in vederea intocmirii si depunerii situatiilor financiare
- Monitorizeaza rapoartele financiare lunare si situatiile privind TVA, in colaborare cu firma de audit
- Participa activ la controalele autoritatilor si mentine legatura cu partenerii financiari externi
- Intocmeste raportari lunare pentru conducere, inclusiv situatia datoriilor, creantelor si soldurilor conturilor importante
- Supervizeaza fluxul documentelor contabile (facturi, bonuri de consum, receptii, deconturi etc.)
- Gestioneaza platile bancare, verifica incasarile si coordoneaza inregistrarile contabile zilnice
- Coordoneaza inventarele periodice si asigura acuratetea stocurilor
- Se ocupa de activitatile legate de personal: REVISAL, state de plata, contributii, concedii, tichete de masa, medicina muncii, protectia muncii
- Participa activ la inchiderea lunara si sustine procesul de raportare catre ANAF si alte instituții
Profilul candidatului ideal:
- Experienta solida in domeniul financiar-contabil
- Experienta in coordonarea unei echipe este ideala, dar nu obligatorie
- Cunostinte avansate de legislatie contabila si fiscala
- Abilitati excelente de organizare, analiza si comunicare
- Capacitate de prioritizare si orientare spre rezultate
- Cunostinte foarte bune de MS Office (Excel, Word), experienta cu sisteme ERP reprezinta un avantaj
- Atitudine proactiva si orientata spre imbunatatirea proceselor
