IT Specialist Support L1
We are looking for an IT Specialist Support L1 to provide daily functional support for transport systems.
We usually respond within three days
Requirements:
- Advanced proficiency in English written and spoken;
- German language is not mandatory, but it's nice to have it;
- Excellent communication, presentation and organizational skills;
- Advanced knowledge in freight forwarding, ideally in the Air & Sea sector;
- Technical proficiency of PC platforms (Windows 7,10 or newer, Microsoft Office Suite);
- Several years of experience in technical support, ideally within logistics, transportation, or freight departments.
Responsibilities:
- Provides daily functional support for Air & Ocean TMS, acting as a link between operational teams, internal IT, and service providers;
- Advises colleagues on technical and process-related aspects, collaborates with IT and logistics teams, and helps align understanding of IT methods and processes;
- Maintains and updates technical documentation, ensures effective communication with partners, and manages own workload and deadlines;
- Collaborates with IT teams, logistics teams, and operations management.
