EMEA Presales Solution Manager

Main Job Mission:
- Develop Integrated Solution Strategy: Create cohesive and comprehensive solution visions for multi-tower opportunities that align with the Win Strategy defined by the Deal Maker/Opportunity Lead/Sales Lead.
- Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to understand customer pain points, competitive landscape, and emerging trends, particularly in AI and digital transformations.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Facilitate collaboration among presales, delivery teams, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment of the Solution Strategy with the Win Strategy.
- Customer Engagement: Early Engagement with Sales and our potential Clients for consultative selling & prospections. Act as a trusted advisor in customer interactions by presenting strategic insights and value propositions tailored to specific business needs.
- Solution Presentation Preparation: Prepare and support presentations of the proposed solutions during the bid defense, ensuring technical and strategic alignment.
- Winning Strategy Support: Collaborate with Deal Lead in building winning strategies that differentiate the company's solution in the market.
- Commercial Acumen: Assess the financial viability of proposed solutions and ensure alignment with the company's commercial objectives and the Price-to-Win defined by the Deal Maker/Opportunity Lead/Sales Lead.
Job Requirements:
- Proven experience in presales, Solution Management, or consulting role with a strong team (solution architects) leadership.
- Experience in building and running multi-tower Transformation programs.
- Familiarity with Digital Workplace, Infra and Cloud technologies & strategy.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- English proficiency both written and verbal.
- Ability to create compelling solution stories, proposals, and consolidated (multiple services) cost models.
- Excellent at communicating the value proposal and the differentiators to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Analytical mind with evaluative and problem-solving abilities, able to define winning solutions aligned with both the client's business problems and the Deal Maker’s Win Strategy.
- Able to effectively undertake challenges and have experience in leading a project and teams in a complex environment.
- Able to articulate and present business cases, strategies and solutions to Clients and Internal Stakeholders.
- Stress-resilient and able to cope with quick demand and priority changes.
- Experience working in a multi-national organization and having good cultural sensitivity awareness.
