Customer Service Representative

Responsible for customer and sales support in connection with placing orders, transport bookings, communication of back orders, claims, invoice handling and customer invoicing. Back-up for customer and sales support for the second brand we sell.
Responsabilities:
- Maintain constant communication with customers and sales representatives; handle complaints and update order status;
- Create, process, and track offers and orders in SAP/FABS, including adjustments after customer approval;
- Coordinate deliveries, monitor production plans, and inform stakeholders of any delays;
- Issue invoices, proformas, and credit notes; follow up on payments and manage credit limits and insurance;
- Administer SAP master data (customer/product creation, price updates);
- Collaborate across departments to optimize workflows and ensure compliance with internal procedures and ISO standards;
- Participate in meetings, prepare reports, and provide backup support to colleagues when required.
Requirements:
- English: Advanced;
- Bachelor Degree.
- 6 months - 1 year of experience in Customer Support/Service area.
