Summary: You will play a vital role in shaping our knowledge infrastructure. This position is responsible for developing, maintaining, and enhancing our documentation and training programs to ensure operational consistency, compliance, and continuous improvement across the organization.
Role Overview

- Reports to Local & Global Quality Manager
- ~50% global travel required
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Communication, Business Administration, or related fields
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in Quality, Document Control, Training Development, or similar roles
- Strong skills in documentation, editing, training content development, and project management
- Excellent communication and collaboration across all levels
- Knowledge of quality standards (ISO 9001 – nice to have)
- Preferably with automotive background
- Advanced English, including technical terminology
Main Responsibilities
- Develop quality procedures, present and deliver training across global Envipco sites
- Manage company documentation (SOPs, manuals, policies), ensure accuracy and compliance, maintain central library
- Create and deliver training programs (including e-learning), support onboarding, evaluate effectiveness via KPIs
- Ensure process optimization & compliance with internal/regulatory standards, report to management
- Coordinate documentation + training + compliance, ensuring direct impact on organizational quality
- Support internal and supplier audits
