IT Infrastructure Technician 2nd Level Support with German

Responsibilities:
• Provide support in managing the IT infrastructure and solving technical issues;
• Make sure the company’s servers and IT systems run smoothly and securely;
• Receive requests from the service desk or other operational teams;
• Support international colleagues and work together across teams;
• Check and prioritize requests/issues based on importance and resolve them;
• Keep systems updated and protected against security vulnerabilities.
Qualifications:
• German – advanced level (main working language);
• English- conversational level;
• Strong skills in working with Microsoft Azure Cloud;
• Good knowledge of Microsoft technologies and the Active Directory system;
• Good knowledge of PowerShell and Terraform;
• Excellent communication and organizational skills;
• Knowledge of certain backend tools is not mandatory, but it's nice to have it;
• Well-developed customer orientation skills.
