Senior Sales Representative

Your Responsibilities
- Manage and develop key client accounts in the assigned territory (Cluj, Bistrita, Salaj).
- Implement sales strategies and achieve revenue, volume, and market share targets
- Forecast sales, monitor competitors, and ensure product availability.
- Collaborate with Logistics, Marketing, Customer Service, and Technical teams.
- Collect orders, track deliveries, and manage invoicing and payments.
- Represent Henkel professionally and contribute to marketing campaigns and promotions.
What We Are Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 3–4 years of sales experience, ideally in distribution or technical products.
- Strong PC skills (Word, Excel, Outlook) and fluent English.
- Driving license (category B).
- Proactive, results-driven, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
