Groups & Events Sales Executive
What you will do:
- Actively develop the client portfolio through meetings, calls, and emails
- Manage end-to-end requests for groups, conferences, and corporate events
- Collaborate with resort managers to ensure flawless delivery of each event
- Prepare offers, contracts, and Banquet Event Orders (BEOs)
- Collect feedback and build long-term relationships
- Propose tailored solutions and upsell additional services
What we are looking for:
- Experience in sales (ideally in hospitality/events)
- Excellent communication, organizational, and negotiation skills
- Positive attitude and solution-oriented mindset
- Advanced knowledge of Romanian & English (other languages are a plus)
- Availability for occasional client travel
- Knowledge of Opera (PMS) - nice to have
