Responsabilitati:
- Vanzarea serviciilor de transport rutier national si international ale companiei.
- Atragerea permanenta de noi clienti si mentinerea relatiilor cu clientii in portofoliu;
- Desfasurarea de activitati de teren in proportie de aproximativ 50% din timp: vizite la clienti, intalniri de prezentare, actiuni de prospectare;
- Analizarea concurentei de piata si stabileste solutii de optimizare a activitatii de vanzari ;
- Colaborarea cu echipa operationala pentru partea de ofertare, pregatirea solutiilor comerciale si implementarea contractelor;
- Utilizarea si actualizarea permanenta a CRM-ului cu informatii despre clienti, oportunitati si statusul proiectelor.
- Realizarea planului de vanzari lunar, trimestrial, anual;
- Elaborarea si propunerea de strategii de crestere continua a volumului de vanzari.
Cerinte:
- Experienta de minim 5 ani intr-un post similar;
- Studiile superioare finalizate reprezinta un avantaj;
- Cunostinte solide despre piata transporturilor si logisticii, inclusiv competitorii principali;
- Abilitati excelente de comunicare si negociere;
- Sa fie o persoana bine organizata, astfel incat sa gestioneze eficient colaborarile cu partenerii si clientii;
- Personalitate energica, gandire pozitiva, amabilitate si eficienta;
- Disponibilitate 8 ore/zilnic;
- Nivel mediu de limba engleza;
- Cunostinte avansate de operare PC (Windows, Microsoft Word si Excel, Internet);
- Permis de conducere categoria B.
