HR Assistant & Recruiter identifica, atrage si integreaza talentele potrivite nevoilor companiei, asigura procese eficiente de recrutare, selectie si on-boarding, contribuie la dezvoltarea culturii organizationale prin proiecte de engagement si comunicare, si sprijina activitatea administrativa si de dezvoltare a echipei.
Responsabilitati:
• Recrutare, selectie & onboarding intern pentru diferite pozitii blue & white collar, cu accent mai mare pe zona de white;
• Contribuirea la dezvoltarea culturii organizationale prin diferite initiative de engagement si comunicare;
• Sprijinirea activitatilor administrative, cat si de dezvoltare a echipei.
Competente necesare:
• 1 an experienta in recrutare si selectie;
• Cunostinte pe platformele de recrutare (Linkedin);
• Cunostinte de baza in Excel & CANVA;
• Studii superioare – Resurse Umane/ Facultatea de Psihologie/ Sociologie.
