Sales Director
A premium project that blends luxury hospitality services with curated gastronomic experiences and its own signature wines, all set in a unique location near Cluj.
What you will do:
- Strategically develop and grow the client portfolio, focusing on corporate clients, groups, and events in the hospitality sector, through proactive outreach, meetings, calls, and emails.
- Lead and coordinate the Sales Department, aligning team objectives, monitoring performance, and supporting staff to achieve revenue targets.
- Manage end-to-end sales processes for hotel services, including conferences, events and group bookings, ensuring tailored solutions and exceptional client experiences.
- Collaborate closely with hotel management and internal teams (operations, F&B, events) to guarantee flawless execution of client requests.
- Prepare and negotiate offers, contracts, and Banquet Event Orders (BEOs), maximizing profitability while maintaining high client satisfaction.
- Collect client feedback, nurture long-term relationships, and identify upselling opportunities across hotel services.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity within hospitality and events, identifying new business opportunities.
What we are looking for:
- Proven experience in sales/business development in hotels, resorts, or the broader HoReCa sector.
- Strong hunting mentality with a proactive approach to acquiring new clients and growing existing accounts.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Solution-oriented mindset, capable of handling complex client needs.
- Advanced knowledge of Romanian and English; additional languages are a plus.
- Availability for occasional travel to meet clients and attend events.
