Responsabilitati:
- Implementeaza planul local de vanzari in conformitate cu strategia generala de dezvoltare a companiei;
- Raporteaza periodic volumul de vanzari realizat, conform procedurilor;
- Monitorizeaza permanent concurenta;
- Identifica, in mod activ, noi posibilitati de imbunatatire a activitatii proprii si de dezvoltare a businessului in zona alocata;
- Cultiva activ contacte care sa duca la cresterea nivelului vanzarilor in cursul activitatii de vanzare directa;
- Indeplineste planul trimestrial/anual de vanzari stabilit;
- Mentine relatii bune cu clientii (contacte periodice post-vanzare);
- Promoveaza imaginea firmei, a produselor si serviciilor;
- Gestioneaza bunurile aflate in autostoc si raspunde material pentru lipsurile ce nu pot fi justificate in baza documentelor;
- Utilizeaza eficient si creativ mijloacele materiale aflate in dotare.
Atributii:
- Identifica nevoile clientilor si le ofera consiliere;
- Pregateste si prezinta oferte, efectueaza tranzactii comerciale si gestioneaza documentatia aferenta;
- Utilizeaza serviciile de suport ale companiei (consultanta tehnica, marketing, PR);
- Se informeaza permanent despre produse si tendintele pietei;
- Respecta procedurile companiei, regulile de securitate si documentele sistemului calitatii.
Cerinte:
- Studii tehnice sau economice;
- Cunostinte de engleza si operare Windows/MS Office;
- Permis de conducere categoria B, fara istoric contraventional semnificativ;
- Experienta relevanta in vanzari/economic/tehnic: minim 2 ani;
- Aptitudini de comunicare, organizare, analiza, consiliere si lucru in echipa;
- Respectarea confidentialitatii informatiilor despre clienti si companie.
