We are seeking to hire a Senior Internal IT Auditor skilled in IT infrastructure, IT processes and Information security. He/She will contribute to the Global IS (GIS) audit plan by participating in various IS audit assignments and by coordinating with other IS audit teams world wide. According to his/her experience, he/she will lead audit assignment of the GIS audit plan. He/She will also participate in the implementation of specific projects in order to improve the internal audit process efficiency and contribute to the continuous monitoring exercise.
What you will do:
- Coordinates and/or participates in IT audit assignments and manages less experienced team members for the assigned missions;
- Analyse processes with focus on significant IT and security risks;
- Propose the audit program designed to evaluate the IT and security risks identified, including the testing strategy and the related budget;
- Provide quality and timely output with comprehensive, objective, consistent and properly worded information;
- Monitor the progress of the audit assignment and fulfilment of deadlines;
- Review the result of the works performed by the audit team members and ensure the proper documentation and formalization;
- Formulate in logical way the conclusions: audit conclusions from verification performed and elaborate issues statement and related root causes.
- Contribute and coordinate with stakesholders the action plan to be delivered to address the root causes of identified weaknesses that can be realistically implemented within a reasonable timeframe;
- Offers support and coaching to the least experienced team members;
- Follow-up of audit recommendations and their implementation together with adequate stakeholders.
Profile Required:
- At least 3 to 5+ years of experience in IT audit;
- CISA, CISM or CISSP certification is a plus;
- Advanced level of Englisj spoken and written;
- Microsoft Office and Database processing skills;
- Analytic and deep critical mindset;
- Very good oral and written communication, ability to communicate with various types of stakeholders;
- Motivated by challenges with a good sense of creativity and innovation;
- Strong analytical skills, quick grasp and constructive judgement;
- Ability to comprehend and present complex issues to the respective recipients;
- Flexibility, ability to work in teams and intercultural competence;
- Ability to travel between 15%-30% of the time.
