Indoor Air Freight Sales Representative
Cautam o persoana motivata, cu abilitati de comunicare si interes pentru domeniul vanzarilor, determinat sa contribuie la cresterea businessului in transport aerian.

Responsabilitati:
- Prospecteaza si identifica noi oportunitati de vanzari prin cold calling, e-mail si canale online;
- Identifica persoanele cheie din companii (achizitii, logistica, supply chain);
- Califica nevoile clientilor si obtine cereri de oferta pentru transporturi aeriene;
- Directioneaza oportunitatile catre departamentul operational pentru solutii logistice si cotare;
- Transmite si urmareste ofertele comerciale, obtinand feedback relevant;
- Negociaza conditiile contractuale si finalizeaza vanzarile;
- Negociaza preturi si termeni astfel incat sa fie respectat echilibrul intre asteptarile clientului si obiectivele companiei;
- Monitorizeaza incasarile si respectarea termenelor de plata;
- Actualizeaza constant CRM-ul cu informatii corecte despre clienti, lead-uri si etapele procesului de vanzare;
- Mentine un nivel ridicat de cunostinte despre serviciile companiei si tendintele din piata;
- Propune strategii si tactici noi de vanzare adaptate evolutiilor din industrie;
- Gestioneaza situatiile neprevazute aparute pe parcursul transportului, implicandu-se activ in retentia clientilor;
- Promoveaza colaborarea si transparenta in echipa si in relatiile cu clientii.
Cerinte:
- Experienta 1–3 ani in Indoor Sales, preferabil in transport cargo aerian/logistica internationala;
- Cunostinte solide de vanzari si negociere;
- Experienta B2B si abilitati excelente de comunicare;
- Capacitate de analiza si orientare spre solutii, arumentare si persuasiune;
- Rezolvare rapida a problemelor si adaptabilitate la schimbare;
- Capacitate de a lucra independent si de a-si organiza eficient activitatea;
- Atitudine proactiva, automotivata si orientata spre atingerea obiectivelor;
- Studii finalizate (preferabil economice, transporturi, comert sau logistica);
- Cunoasterea limbii engleze la nivel mediu-avansat (scris si vorbit);
- Abilitati tehnice pentru utilizarea aplicatiilor de lucru (CRM, MS Office).
