Regional Sales Manager - Medical

As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing and expanding sales operations in the designated region (Timisoara, Arad, Caras Severin, Hunedoara,Vilcea, Gorj, Mehedinti, Dolj, Olt). You will focus on developing customer relationships, collaborating with the sales team, and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue and market penetration.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies in line with company objectives.
- Establish and maintain customer relationships.
- Monitor and analyze market data and sales performance.
- Collaborate with other departments to implement marketing and sales strategies.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and address any issues that may arise.
- Manage budgets and resources efficiently.
- Provide regular reports to senior management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree (in any field);
- 3+ years of experience in Sales - medical field;
- Knowledge of the medical product distribution market;
- English – intermediate level;
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.
