Asistent Executiv
Cautam un Asistent Executiv energic si organizat, care sa ofere suport eficient echipei de management si sa contribuie la fluiditatea activitatilor zilnice.

Responsabilitati:
- Coordonarea si planificarea agendelor membrilor Comitetului Executiv, inclusiv organizarea activitatilor echipelor acestora, acolo unde este necesar;
- Gestionarea intalnirilor si participarea la sedintele prezidate de membrii Comitetului Executiv;
- Redactarea minutelor discutiilor si urmarirea implementarii actiunilor si respectarii termenelor stabilite;
- Organizarea deplasarilor nationale si internationale, inclusiv cazare, logistica si procesarea cheltuielilor aferente delegatiilor;
- Gestionarea corespondentei electronice: procesarea, inregistrarea si distribuirea e-mailurilor, filtrandu-le in functie de relevanta pentru superiorii directi;
- Prelucrarea si gestionarea eficienta a documentelor administrative (rapoarte, prezentari, memoranduri, scrisori, etc.), utilizand aplicatiile MS Office;
- Asigurarea resurselor si facilitatilor necesare pentru organizarea evenimentelor si sedintelor la nivel inalt (locatii, catering, echipamente);
- Redactarea corespondentei uzuale si gestionarea activitatilor administrative din birou;
- Primirea vizitatorilor, stabilirea obiectivelor vizitei si ghidarea acestora catre persoanele corespunzatoare;
- Oferirea de servicii de traducere a documentelor si asistenta in cadrul sedintelor.
Cerinte:
- Experienta de minimum 2 ani pe un post similar;
- Cunostinte solide despre procesele administrative si activitatile specifice unui asistent executiv;
- Abilitati excelente de comunicare si relationare;
- Capacitate de planificare si organizare eficienta a activitatilor zilnice;
- Rigoare, atentie la detalii si orientare catre rezultate;
- Cunostinte avansate de operare MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
- Limba engleza la nivel avansat, cunoasterea limbii franceze reprezinta un avantaj.
