Responsabilitati:
- Preia comenzi de la clienti si le opereaza in sistemul informatic;
- Asigura contabilitatea primara / facturare serviciilor oferite clientilor;
- Administreaza baza de date informatica a partenerilor / clientilor, completand in permanenta cu date lipsa dupa caz;
- Scaneaza documentele de transport confirmate si le arhiveaza in programul dedicat;
- Verifica corectitudinea comenzilor introduse de clienti in sistemul informatic;
- Semnaleaza clientilor / partenerilor probleme aparute si se ocupa de solutionare;
- Pregateste documente de transport si urmareste livrarea la timp si primirea documentlor confirmate;
- Urmareste respectarea livrarii la timp a tuturor marfurilor;
- Intocmeste raportari specifice periodice si punctuale la solicitarea superiorului;
- Proceseaza toate documentele si analizeaza corectitudinea lor;
- Este responsabil de investigarea daunelor, de urmarirea si inaintarea lor catre asigurator, pana la solutionare;
- Urmareste eficientizarea proceselor in vederea reducerii de costuri;
- Aduce idei de imbunatire si participa activ la implementarea de noi instrumente de lucru, proceduri.
Cerinte:
- Studii superioare economice absolvite;
- Experienta in contabilitate primara de minim 2 ani;
- Buna cunoasterea a aplicatiilor Microsoft Office si a unui program informatic de evidenta contabila;
- Permis categoria B;
- Capacitate de analiza, sinteza si incadrare in termene;
- Cunoasterea legislatiei financiar contabile;
- Abilitati de comunicare si spirit de echipa;
- Persoana dinamica, responsabila si organizata.
