Enterprise App Integration & Automation Specialist

Responsibilities:
-Support the initial Workday rollout by partnering with our implementation consultants and cross-functional team to properly configure, test, and support critical system functionality and integrations.
-Implement and manage efficient automation processes using tools like Power Automate and Alteryx. Customize Workday processes to meet business requirements.
-Develop and maintain Workday reports and dashboards using out of the box reporting tools.
-Provide Tier 2/3 support for application issues escalated from the help desk and coordinate with vendors on complex issues.
-Maintain comprehensive system documentation, including integration mappings, automation logic, configuration settings, and support procedures. Create clear technical specifications and user-guides for any Workday customizations or integrations implemented, to aid in knowledge transfer and onboarding of future team members.
Requirements:
-At least 3 years of experience in IT systems integration or enterprise application support, withexpertise in platforms such as Workday, Salesforce, or another relevant SaaS system.
-Proven proficiency in low/no-code automation platforms (e.g., Power Automate, Alteryx).
-Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve multi-system integrationissues.
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills, adept at translating complex business requirements into technical solutions.
Nice to have:
-Experience with Workday integration tools like Workday Studio, EIB, or Core Connectors.
-Scripting or programming capabilities (e.g., JavaScript, Python, PowerShell, SQL) for enhanced integration functionality.
-Prior involvement in major system implementations or significant system upgrades.
-Relevant industry certifications (e.g., Workday Pro, Salesforce) and familiarity with ITIL practices.
