Responsabilitati principale:
· Prezentarea, promovarea si vanzarea produselor si serviciilor companiei, in conformitate cu politicile si standardele comerciale stabilite;
· Mentinerea si dezvoltarea relatiilor cu clientii existenti, in vederea fidelizarii acestora;
· Stabilirea si mentinerea unei relatii profesionale solide cu clientii, asigurand rezolvarea prompta si eficienta a solicitarilor aparute;
· Identificarea oportunitatilor de vanzare si propunerea de planuri de actiune pentru cresterea volumului vanzarilor;
· Influenta pozitiva asupra procedurilor si politicilor comerciale in scopul imbunatatirii relatiei cu clientii;
· Asigurarea unui nivel ridicat de satisfactie a clientilor si a calitatii serviciilor oferite;
· Stabilirea preturilor, intocmirea ofertelor comerciale si participarea la pregatirea contractelor din punct de vedere strategic;
· Participarea la intalniri cu clientii si la negocieri comerciale;
· Intocmirea contractelor, monitorizarea derularii si finalizarea acestora;
· Cresterea cotei de piata prin identificarea si atragerea de noi clienti;
· Monitorizarea pietei si a concurentei;
· Intocmirea rapoartelor privind vanzarile, concurenta si potentialii clienti;
· Transmiterea informatiilor relevante catre colegi si departamentele implicate;
· Mentinerea legaturii cu planificatorii de productie, biroul de aprovizionare si alte structuri interne.
Cerinte:
· Studii superioare finalizate;
· Experienta profesionala de minimum 1 an intr-o pozitie similara;
· Cunoasterea limbii engleza – nivel avansat.
· Permis de conducere categoria B
· Cunostinte profesionale privind domeniul de activitate si tendintele pietei;
· Abilitati foarte bune de comunicare, negociere si organizare;
· Capacitate de analiza si sinteza, atentie distributiva;
· Capacitate de decizie si asumarea responsabilitatii;
· Diplomatie, toleranta si orientare catre client;
· Cunostinte de operare PC (MS Office, aplicatii specifice);
