Cerinte:
• Minim 2 ani experienta in vanzari (B2B), ideal intr-un mediu industrial / de productie
• Capacitate demonstrata de a construi relatii cu clientii si de a influenta deciziile de cumparare
• Abilitati solide de negociere si incredere in gestionarea discutiilor complexe cu clientii
• Stil de lucru structurat si independent
• Abilitati bune de planificare si prioritizare
• Confort in utilizarea instrumentelor CRM si a raportarilor de vanzari
• Mentalitate orientata catre client, proactivitate si asumarea responsabilitatii
• Cunostinte de limba engleza la nivel avansat
• Limba germana sau maghiara constituie un avantaj
Responsabilitati:
• Identificarea proactiva si atragerea de clienti noi si proiecte noi
• Construirea unui pipeline solid de prospectare prin networking, research de piata, targuri si evenimente
• Gestionarea activitatilor de vanzari in regiunea alocata (Romania + Balcani, optional)
• Dezvoltarea si implementarea planurilor de contact cu clientii si a campaniilor de vanzari
• Pregatirea si sustinerea prezentarilor catre clienti si a propunerilor de valoare
• Clarificarea nevoilor clientilor prin intalniri de vanzari structurate si tehnici eficiente de adresare a intrebarilor
• Mentinerea si dezvoltarea relatiilor cu conturile de clienti si factorii de decizie
• Cresterea profitabilitatii fabricii din Romania prin initiative comerciale active
