Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for diverse roles across:
HoReCa (restaurant, winery, guesthouse staff)
Real estate positions
Operational and administrative roles
Mid and senior management positions
Source candidates through platforms such as eJobs, LinkedIn, and direct search methods.
Build and maintain talent pipelines for high-volume and seasonal roles.
Partner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and define candidate profiles.
Coordinate interviews and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
Prepare recruitment reports and provide regular updates to management.
Contribute to employer branding and recruitment strategy development.
Requirements
Previous experience in recruitment (experience in multi-industry environments is highly preferred).
Experience managing multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
Strong sourcing skills (eJobs, LinkedIn, direct search, networking).
Ability to work independently and take initiative.
Flexible, adaptable, and comfortable in a dynamic environment.
